Powers played for the U.S. U-20 World Cup squad in 2009, and he was named 2008-09 Gatorade National Boys Soccer Player of the Year.

“We are excited to have a player of Dillon’s caliber join the squad,” Aztex head coach Paul Dalglish said. “He will help bring a strong leadership presence to the club.”
